Lavender season is upon us. All lavender is edible, but some varieties are better for eating than others. Ask the folks at Leisure Lavender at the Market and they can help you find the best lavender for culinary uses.

Lavender is delicious in the right amounts in lemonaid, with blueberries, and in dark chocolate. It is also delicious with honey as in this recipe.
